Regional Vending is a Mississauga-based company that has grown over more than 40 years into a full-service vending provider for local workplaces. We place vending machines in private businesses, then restock and service them ourselves.
Our long-standing relationships with leading bottlers and vending machine manufacturers let us supply modern equipment and a wide selection of products. But what truly sets Regional Vending apart is our commitment to service. We build lasting relationships with every client by delivering reliable, durable vending, and our reputation has been built on honesty, responsiveness and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
The person behind Regional Vending
I’m Chris Allenby, owner and operator of Regional Vending and a third-generation member of my family’s vending business. I grew up in this industry, and I run it the way it was taught to me: reliable service, well-stocked machines, and customers treated like neighbours.
When you work with us, you are not dealing with a large, impersonal company. You are working with a local business with decades of experience in the vending industry, one that values relationships and stands behind the service it provides.
We work closely with each of our clients to understand their workplace, their employees and their needs. From selecting the right machines to making sure they are always stocked and working properly, we take pride in dependable service that a business can rely on every day.

Where your machines need an electrical outlet, we will even install it ourselves, at our own expense.
We watch every machine
Our team monitors each machine and responds whenever service is required, so your machines stay ready to use.

Every machine carries a service sticker with a phone number. If someone loses money in a machine or finds one not working, they can call or text.
More than just vending machines
Where we work and what we stock
We believe vending should be simple, reliable and tailored to the business it serves. We place machines in manufacturing plants, distribution centres, industrial sites, car dealerships and condominium buildings. Our best accounts are factories and distribution centres, from a few hundred people to about a thousand.
Most of our business is in Mississauga and Etobicoke, and keeping our routes tight makes every location easier to look after. We also serve workplaces in Oakville, Milton and Burlington.
From popular beverages and snacks to refrigerated fresh food and healthier options, we build vending programs that fit your environment and your team. Coffee machines go only into select locations.
